There's no business like show business....

Many of you know I maintain a blog that called Shark-Bites, which are a lot like sound bites... In that' they are Paulie's contribution to mediation. While this blog exists to advance business ideas, it so happens that my other blog had a very relevant post.

The post, should you choose to visit it, is about the way in which Blockbuster has used corporate policy to advance business while supporting others.

I assure you if you were to stack all the material written for entrepreneurs on how to market and grow their business, you would have a stack dwarfing the materials written for entrepreneurs on how to design a coherent policies and procedures.

This problem has been so epidemic, I believe it is the reason only 1% of business gross $1M in revenues a year.

You can listen to me pontificate on that very subject (and the solution); however, you may have to translate some of what I'm saying since it was geared to real estate investors.
